New England Equities, LLC. was founded by Gregory P. Hayden and Jeffrey M. Parent in July of 2008. New England Equities, LLC. is a full service residential sales and rental company based in the Ludlow, MA. servicing the Hampden and Hamshire counties.

The mission of New England Equities, LLC. is to provide the finest quality renovated homes and apartments to the consumer for the most reasonable price without compromising the consumers highest expectations. Back in July of 2008, during the down turn of the economy, Greg Hayden and Jeffrey Parent decided to take a risk in purchasing distressed or run down properties for renovation to make them a more viable and affordable solution for families in need of a quality homes. Since that time we have been successful in making peoples dreams come true.

Who We Are

Mr. Gregory P. Hayden, Member

Greg has over thirty years experience in the construction / roofing industry. Greg owns and operates a very prominent Commercial Roofing Company based in New York state which has been operating since 1973 and has several branch's throughout the east coast. In addition, he owns and operates a very successful investment company, also in the New York market, which provides newly renovated and constructed homes to the consumer at a very reasonable price.  Greg has prided himself on having the upmost customer service that he can provide in both the roofing business as well as the investment market. This is what has made Greg very successful and has kept him operating for over thirty eight years in the business industry. 

Mr. Jeffrey M. Parent, Member / Manager

Jeffrey has over twenty five years experience in the construction industry. He holds a Mass. Construction Supervisors license as well as a Mass. Home Improvement Contractors license. Jeffs' responsibitlites are to ensure the quality and integrity of the day to day work performed on the properties. In addition, he manages the day to day operations of the companies growth within the Hampshire and Hampden county. Jeff is the hands on guy that will ensure that you are getting the highest quality of workmanship that you expect to receive.
